The T39 industrial hall is part of an industrial zone that began developing in the early 20th century. Initially, it served as a production site for airplanes and later, during the communist era, it became a truck manufacturing facility. Situated in the southern part of the city, near major traffic routes and adjacent to a high-end residential area, the site holds immense potential to transform into Brasov's largest business hub.
T39 holds a deep symbolic significance for the people of Brasov, being part of an industrial complex with over a century of history, transitioning from airplane production to tractor manufacturing during the communist period. Spanning over 10,000 square meters, the recent transformation utilized sustainable technologies. The project masterfully integrates historical heritage with contemporary design, preserving original elements while introducing a modern façade that respects and highlights its historic authenticity.

Over 10.000 sqm of constructions have been renovated and consolidated as part of this master plan. With simple lines that stay true to its history and its structure, well designed details and ecological finishes, the hall has become a well received work environment.
The open space office has a warm feeling due to the natural light that filters through the big windows and skylight, its high ceiling and its general connection to the green space all around. The low density of the buildings allows the development of a green layer of parks and recreational areas helping the site to dissipate in the urban surroundings.
