Ploiesti Mall is located on the outskirts of Ploiesti city, at the junction of two main motorways, one leading to the mountainside and one towards Buzau city; it is thus being given the opportunity to function at full capacity, both for the people who transit the area, and for the inhabitants of Ploiesti city.
The Mall has been built on a 138,000 sqm (approx. 34.1 ac) site, as an addition to the Carrefour hypermarket, integrating it; within approx.40,000 sqm (approx. 431000 square feet) of commercial spaces, there are over 60 fashion boutiques, restaurants, coffee-shops and a food court; there is also an entertainment area with bowling and billiard halls,a 12-theatre multiplex, and a playground, whilst the parking area provides a little over 1750 parking spaces.
