The building’s name symbolizes the ninth project developed by our client; it is also 9 stories high and has a truly unique image that materializes the latest challenge by the developer, for the architects’team, thus being a landmark in Brasov.
The project was initially designed with curtain walls façade, but that solution proved to be too costly, during construction time.
The alternative the design team came up with comprised of masonry walls, with scaled down glass surface, displayed in a random-like manner. This approach improved the cost of material, of labor and execution and the subsequent costs of air conditioning.
The open spatiality,with generous,high windows,together with the materiality of the finishes in sober tones and elegant lines, gives the place a unique atmosphere in Brasov.
