As part of this architectural renovation project, we pursued a major transformation on the facade for a new life in the city center, making it a focal point for companies looking for space to conduct their business.

The original building, about 14 storeys high, was mostly covered with white Alucobond tiles. However, the blue-colored woodwork and attached volumes appeared as defects that diminished its beauty and gave it an aged appearance. We replaced the blue uprights, which previously stood out in a negative way, with an elegant black colour.

 

This change gave the building a varied and contemporary look, bringing it into harmony with contemporary style. The major gesture was to apply a special mesh to one side of the building. This mesh hides the previously attached volumes, giving it a finished and compact appearance.​​

A key aspect of our revitalisation was the play of light that runs through the background of the mesh. Light creeps behind this subtle layer, creating a visually captivating spectacle at night.
