NINE building, the 9th building of its owner, with nine levels, became a symbol of it’s town, Brasov, as a result of it’s final “challange” for the design team.
The initial project was designed with curtain walls façade, wich in execution time, have become too expensive.
The proposed solution with BCA walls and scaled glass surface, has improved the material cost, execution costs and the subsequent air conditioning costs of the interior spaces. The building it’s giving the city a particular image, trought it’s composition in the basalt color background.
