The aim of the project is to create a residential complex with related and complementary functions, with a total height of 2B+Gf+14. The main function, the collective housing, will be developed in four tower-type buildings, on levels 1st-14th of the future assembly.
This will be complemented by functions and services on the ground floor that will bring added comfort and convenience to future users. The residential assembly unveils an unexpected adventure and reveals the potential of an exceptional unique site.
Considering its position within the city limits, we want the complex to become a landmark, a gateway to Brasov from the West Region, a project that transforms and speaks about the transition from an horizontal city, with restrictions imposed on the heights, to a vertical one that opens a dynamic city skyline.
