Located in a highly protected urban area in Brasov, on Nicolae Iorga Street, the restoration project has come with a lot of difficulties/challenges. Keeping up a neutral position, our architects team has been looking for innovative and clear solutions to maintain the balance between the client’s desire and the specialized authorities demands.
It was about building a strong partnership between the architects and the specialized consulting companies to deliver a functional project that preserves the architectural heritage.
Some insides from the project:
The original roof was completely removed and rebuilt the same. Reproducing the original façade architectural details was possible/much easier trough the building’s 3D scan survey.
The roof construction was made in collaboration with@wood is future.
