The Mercedes-Benz Authorized Service Center, represented by AUTOKLASS, was designed for the Bartolomeu area, near the exit toward Cristian.
As architects, we were thrilled to dive deep into the workflows and standards of Mercedes-Benz Authorized Service Centers and to implement them down to the finest detail – right up to the last little flag
The Beneficiary's primary requirement was to create a car service facility resembling a laboratory—pristine, well-lit, precise, and fully transparent with customers.
This included maximizing visibility from the reception area to the workshop via a fully glazed wall, which posed a significant challenge in terms of fire safety compliance.
